We have over 4,600sf of renovated space with exposed brick, wood floors, exposed glulams, and lots of windows that provide great natural light. We have multiple private offices, dedicated desks, drop-in rates, locker storage and a business mailbox service. 

Homestead members have access to high-speed internet (wired & wireless), unlimited free coffee & tea, shared drop-in workspaces, a communal kitchen/lunchroom, restrooms, a professional boardroom, multiple small meeting rooms and bike racks. Future plans include a shower/changing room!

5-Day Coworking Pass

$75 +gst

Interested in dropping in to cowork but not sure how often? This is the option for you. Includes access to 5 days of coworking during Homestead business hours (8am-5pm), and you can use this pass to add additional days to your Homestead Membership.

24/7 access to a fully furnished and lockable office within Homestead. We have space suited to accommodate one to four people comfortably, as well as options for six to eight people. 

Term length: Six or twelve months (discounted rates for longer terms)

Includes UNLIMITED access to both the boardroom and meeting rooms and FREE business mailbox service.

Meeting Room Rentals

We offer meeting room rentals to both members and non-members. Members receive five hours of credits each month in both the meeting room and board room as part of their membership.

Members
Meeting Room: $15/hr, $80/day
Boardroom: $25/hr, $200/day

Non-Members
Meeting Room: $20/hr, $120/day
Boardroom: $35/hr, $250/day

Do I have to be a member to work at Homestead?

Yes you do. Membership fees allow us to provide the shared benefits we offer. Whoever is working in your private office also needs to have a membership.

What desks or offices are available?

Offices and desks are on a first come, first serve basis. We'll let you know what is currently available when you apply. When something becomes available, we can notify you.

Are there any house rules?

There are, just to make sure everybody is on the same page! When we confirm that you'd like to join Homestead, we'll provide you with some additional terms & conditions as part of your membership agreement.
